Your subscription

• Cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Puppy Coach. Cancel at least a day before it renews. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
• The free week: the yearly plan starts with a free week, and the first payment is taken when it ends.
• New phone or reinstalled? Open the app, go to your dog's profile and tap Restore purchases.
• Refunds go through Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Notifications

Under your dog's profile → Notifications, each kind has its own switch: "Daily reminder", "Milestones", "After a break", "Potty breaks" and "Offers". At most one comes a day, at your reminder time; potty breaks come when they're due. To stop every notification, go to Settings → Notifications → Puppy Coach.

Your data

What you tell the app about your dog stays on your phone, and in iCloud if you share your dog with your family. Your dog's profile → Start over deletes it all, on the phone and on our server. More in the privacy policy: https://puppycoach.no/privacy/

Training advice

The lessons are general advice for healthy puppies. If your puppy seems to be in pain, is very fearful or shows aggression, talk to a vet or a qualified dog trainer.
